yoga and/or other exercises for people with knee problems. I cant do any kind of exercise where my knees are turned in or out such as plea’s, even slightly turned messes me up. I must make sure my legs/knees are straight forward or backward when doing any leg/knee exersizes. Even leg lifts or kicks hurts the knees if they are to the side at all. Then I have to wait to heal and start all over again trying not to mess them up again.

Could you provide more information about the beginning of your personal journey? Specifically, what kept you motivated? What were some of the toughest obstacles you faced, and how did you overcome them?

    Dear Andrea,

Thank you for your videos, they are very inspirational and helpfull. You help me understand weight loss better. My name is Taylor and I am 17 years old. I weigh 147 pounds and I am 5″7. I have been playing soccer for 10 years so im pretty active. Im looking to make my body healthier and more in shape. I would REALLY appriciate it if you could show me new stretches and exercises to stengthen my core and add lean muscle to my whole body. Thank you for reading this. :)

Andrea, I just wanted to say thank you for your videos. I was about to buy a big chocolate cake tonight to treat myself to something special but after I put the cake in my cart I heard your voice in my head saying my body is really craving something nutritious and I will just feel bad afterwards, so guess what…I put the cake back and bought some fresh blueberries instead:) Thank you for being such an inspiration!

Andrea, in your book you list the foods you should eat and ones you should avoid. I was wondering if you could expand upon the list? For example, you say white rice should be avoided, but what about brown rice? Also, I’m trying to determine if I have a wheat allergy, if I find out I do, what type of breads should I eat or should I just avoid bread altogether? Thank you so much, I really love your book! :)

For years I’ve thought about practising yoga. The thing is, although there is so many things about it out there, I have NO idea from where/how to start!
Btw, do you know how can a person in colleague, living in a dormitory with a tiny shared fridge (that I have to switch off many times in order to sleep), with just a microwave (that I hate to use) and that is prone to a lot of stress and anxiety loose weight? My problem is to start really… You seem just a bright person, it seems so easy! ;D

Could you make a video showing some expence-free ways of exercising for those who don’t have money for things as a gym or equipment? I know of many outdoors exercises, but i am a big introvert and i have a hard time getting myself to exercise between all the people outside. So i want to start at home, kinda building me out.
I don’t have much money being a student, and i really want to get started right away.

Oh, and which exercises do you think is best during weight loss?

    Thanks a million!

Is it true that one should limit the excerise time to 45-60 minutes to avoid cortisol in the body? I always feel like working out for longer periods of time but I don’t want to do that if it’s unhealthy.
