    well i have started to do tradmill i burn 150 calories a day and i am trying my best to stay away from sweets and fatty food hope it works.

    Well for me, it was 80% diet , 15% walk (treadmill or outside) ……dance sometime and 5 % Self-discipline and Consistency…………….my formula for success!!
